Built to be your most versatile, top-of-the-line performance hunting boots

ALPHA DRYHUNT 2.0 HUNTING BOOTS

Loaded with the latest tech to raise the bar to a whole new level of true excellence, these aren't your run-of-the-mill hunting boots; they're a testament to our unwavering dedication and a promise of unmatched performance.

Engineered for milder climates with less insulation and shorter construction than the Alpha Aerogel boots, this model is built for year-round versatility, pushing boundaries with superior mobility and flawless protection.

Designed to be your top-notch hunting boots for spring, summer, and autumn, they are also an ultra-comfortable solution for moderately cold days in the winter down to 22°F ( -5°C). When paired with Hillman's Ultrawarm hunting socks, they feel comfy in freezing conditions down to 5°F (-15°C).

You'll hunt longer, hike farther, and hunt smarter with Dryhunt® Hunting Boots by Hillman.

The first time you try them on, you'll see the difference!

Dryhunt® nanomembrane

Dryhunt® has unmatched breathability, allowing the moisture from your feet to be transported outside the boots much faster and efficiently. The nanoporous air-permeable technology performs hundreds of times better than the moisture vapor transmission technology. Other hunting boots can leave you with damp, sticky feet by the end of the day, but Dryhunt® provides the best balance of breathability and waterproofness.

Unmatched Breathability

The Dryhunt® nanoporous waterproof membrane is not just hundreds of times more breathable than GTX—it surpasses any leading membrane worldwide. Acting as a hydrophobic shield, it blocks external water while expelling moisture through nanosized pores with every step. Its unmatched efficiency, breathability, and thermoregulation deliver exceptional comfort and a balanced microclimate in both warm and Arctic conditions. Plus, it’s 100% PFAS-free and eco-friendly.

3-Fold Waterproof Efficiency Upgrade

The conventional benchmark waterproof tests at 1.6 inches (4 cm) above the boot's board. Hillman significantly surpasses this norm maintaining integrity even when boots are submerged in water up to 5 inches (12 cm) deep.

Exceeding the standard by over threefold with hillman boots you can navigate deeper muddy terrain, marshes, and riverbanks without a drop seeping in.

Insulation Evolution

Exponentially Revolutionized Insulation Efficiency Down to -5°C (23°F)

Matrix® sets a new standard for insulation. Its closed-cell structure is 10 times lighter, 80% less bulky, and 2000% more efficient than traditional materials. At just 0.13 oz./ft² (40 g/m²), and only 0.26 oz. (7.5 g) per boot, it delivers near-vacuum thermal conductivity, providing reliable warmth down to -5°C (23°F) without causing overheating in milder conditions. Engineered for extreme cold and warmer climates alike, Matrix® is the world’s lightest, most effective thermoregulating insulation.

Blue logo with white text reading FREELOCK and yellow text below saying durable lacing system.

The new FREELOCK® revolutionary lacing system is practically unbreakable thanks to the world's first 1 mm stainless steel laces. The laces are made of stainless steel wire consisting of 49 strands and are practically unbreakable. The steel wire is coated with plastic reinforcement to prevent friction against the shoes, protect your feet, and keep them comfortable. No way can you break it.

While walking, the forces are focused on the multi-point ankle guides to provide superior ankle support. No matter how tightly you lace your boots, the force helps to provide optimal stability as you walk, run, or climb.

The gear ratio is perfectly optimized so you can lace your boots with fewer turns than any currently in the market. It works so smoothly that it is a pleasure to use it every time.
The wire guides are made of durable cold-resistant nylon and wider channels that will make it hard to block the wire if mud is stuck in the guides.

The new technology knob with the highest dragging power and superb durability is engineered by a new technology that is much simpler than other competitive products and has fewer weak points.
If you want superior pleasure when wearing your boots, then you’ll love the FREELOCK® intelligent lacing system. Turn the control knob, and the web of laces tightens automatically and evenly.

You’re going to wish every pair of shoes you own had the FREELOCK® lacing system.
