Any item(s) purchased from hillmanhunting.co.uk that you are not satisfied with may be exchanged within 365 days from its purchase date, including items bought from sales and merchandise received as gifts.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
Hillman will offer FREE* of charge exchange of a product over £299,- when the correct exchange procedure is followed, and the following terms and conditions are met. Hillman will send you a FREE return label, so you can return your package and after that you have to pay shipping for the exchange product. If your exchange items are under £299,- you have to pay both for return and shipping.

The items must be unused, unworn, never hand-washed, laundered, or dry cleaned, free from dirt, dust, hair, or any fragrance, and in unaltered, ready-to-sell - new condition. All original tags must be in the same new condition as received and attached in the same way and place as received. The product must be packed in its original packaging, which must not be cut, torn, or damaged, and in its original condition.

The order number must be provided, and the product must be purchased directly from Hillman’s website. We will not process exchange of goods purchased from third-party merchants. (In such cases, contact the merchant you bought from and process the return according to their return policy.)

Rest of World: The transportation costs, insurances and duty taxes are at the cost of the client. To cut the shipping cost and when this is possible, Hillman can provide a return label on request of the client. For the cost of their return label Hillman will issue an invoice payable by credit card. The product for exchange must be returned by the same courier as received. If you return goods with a different courier, please return the items with prepaid duty taxes. -
Hillman is not liable for loss or damage during the transportation of merchandise returned for exchange.

Hillman reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw these conditions at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with our exchange conditions.

Hillman reserves the right to reject the exchange and to refuse to provide compensation or refund for products that are returned for exchange and do not comply with the exchange conditions.

When there is an order error of more than 1 (one) size, we consider that the correct field was inadvertently not selected. The customer has not compared their measurements with the product descriptions listed on the website. In this case, the return and replacement of the product are at the customer's expense, regardless of the order value.

If an exchange is refused because the exchange conditions are not met, the transport costs for sending back the product to the customer must be covered by the customer.

In case dry cleaning is necessary, you will be charged 30 euros for the service. This amount will be deducted from the refund or voucher value.

In case the product is discontinued, we will provide a store credit to your account.

Hillman is not liable to guarantee stock of any items subject to exchange.

We limit exchanges to only one time per order.

Exchanges will typically ship within 1-2 business days after your return is processed.

Returns received Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
STEPS TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

To prevent stock shortage, place a new order of the products of your choosing and complete your payment.
Or wait until we provide you a code with stock credit after we receive the item that you will send back to us. -

Once we receive the product we will verify if you placed a new order for exchange and will refund the full amount to the original payment method of your order. In case you didn’t place an order of exchange, we will provide you with a code with stock credit that you can use at the checkout. -
Products have to be returned in the same packaging in which they were received. They must not be repacked in bags, cartons, or boxes that increase the volume of the package. Otherwise, the customer must pay all transport costs charged for the excessive volume parcel.
Because items’ availability cannot be guaranteed at the time when your merchandise is received, we highly recommend placing the new order as soon as possible.

Any item(s) purchased from https://hillmanhunting.co.uk/ that you are not satisfied with may be returned within 365 days from the original date of purchase, including items bought during sales and merchandise received as gifts. When returning a product and requesting a refund, no more than 14 working days must have elapsed from the date of the product receipt.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT FOR A REFUND

- Ensure that the product you want to return meets all return/refund conditions.

Send the item back to the address stated in the return form.
Returns from countries outside the EU must return the product by using the same courier as received. If a different courier is used to return the product, the customer must pay prepaid duty taxes and the package may not reach us.
HOW DO WE PROCESS A REFUND?
Upon receiving your return, we will send a notification email shortly. After conducting a proper inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If a refund is approved, we will credit the total purchase price, excluding shipping costs, to the original payment method. If you paid for your order with a combination of a gift certificate and a credit card, the refund would be credited to the gift certificate first, and the rest will be refunded back to your credit card. A refund issued to a credit card will appear on your statement within 5 - 7 business days.
You also have the option of requesting store credit. A promo code will be issued to you via email in such a case. Your store credit is easily applied during the checkout of your next order.
*The amount of refund will be automatically refunded to the initial account used for placing the order. Shipping costs, banking costs, and duty/customs taxes will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
RETURN/REFUND CONDITIONS

- Products returned automatically by the shipping company that have not been fulfilled, received, and/or rejected by customers will incur a transport cost that will be deducted from the initial refund amount eligible.
- We will issue the refund only to the payment method used for placing the order.
- Hillman is not liable for loss or damage during the transportation of return merchandise.
- The returns outside the EU must be returned by the same courier as received. If you return goods with a different courier, please return the items with prepaid duty taxes.
- Hillman reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw these conditions at any time.

- Hillman reserves the right to reject a return and shall not give a refund for items that are not returned according to the return conditions.
- If a refund is refused because the return/exchange conditions are not met, the transport costs for sending back the product to the customer must be covered by the customer.
- Hillman will refund the total purchase price of the returned item(s) except the costs for shipping and insurance. For refund of product delivered with free shipping, all shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from the initial refund amount eligible.
- Hillman needs seven working days to provide resolution whether the product is liable for refund or not. If the refund is approved it will be transferred within 7 working days. In case the refund is not approved we will be in touch with the customer for further clarification.
- All shipping and insurance fees, duty taxes, customs agent fees or government fees related to the returns are at the client’s cost.
- Shipping and insurance fees are not eligible for a refund.
- The amount of refund will be automatically refunded to the initial account used for placing the order. Shipping costs, banking costs, and duty/customs taxes will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
