When there is an order error of more than 1 (one) size, we consider that the correct field was inadvertently not selected. The customer has not compared their measurements with the product descriptions listed on the website. In this case, the return and replacement of the product are at the customer's expense, regardless of the order value.
Products have to be returned in the same packaging in which they were received. They must not be repacked in bags,cartons, or boxes that increase the volume of the package. Otherwise, the customer must pay all transport costs charged for the excessive volume parcel.
Because items’ availability cannot be guaranteed at the time when your merchandise is received, we highly recommend placing the new order as soon as possible.
