Delivery Terms

DELIVERY INFORMATION
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and delivery details.

Please make sure your phone number is entered correctly when placing your order. If the courier cannot reach you and the parcel is returned to us, the delivery costs both ways will be charged to you.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders placed before 10am (EET) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following working day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.

Delivery options:

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days

• Super Express Delivery: 2–3 working days, depending on your address

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel at any time. While delays are rare, they can happen. If your parcel is held up, contact us and we’ll check with the courier.

PACKAGING
If your parcel arrives torn, wet, burnt, pierced, taped, or in any other unacceptable condition, do not accept it and let us know immediately. If you do accept it, open it straight away and check the contents.

If anything is missing from your order, you must contact us by email (and by phone if possible) within 48 hours of receiving it. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

DELIVERIES TO THE UK & NON-EU COUNTRIES
Orders sent to the UK are free of duty charges, so you won’t pay extra tax on delivery. For countries outside the EU, local import duties, taxes and clearance fees may apply depending on the order value. These must be paid by the recipient. Please contact Customer Service before placing your order if you’re unsure.

COURIER DELAYS
Delivery times are based on estimates from UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx and USPS. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays. If there’s an issue, please contact the courier handling your parcel.
