Shipping Terms

SHIPPING INFORMATION
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and shipping details of your order. 

Please check your phone number when ordering. We are not responsible for incorrectly filled phone number. If the courier can't find you at delivery and the shipment returns to us, the shipping cost in both directions is at your expense.

SHIPPING TIMES
Your items will be shipped on the next business day after the time of your purchase. 

When will my order be delivered? (When will my order arrive?)
Each order has a various delivery time depending on the selected delivery option: Standard and Super Express. Please bear in mind that, deliveries are carried out only on business days. All orders placed on our website before 10am Eastern European Time will be shipped the same working day, all others the next. 

Once we process and ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can track your package at any time. Very rarely, but sometimes package delays can occur. In this case please contact us, so we can check what happened with your shipment. 

PACKAGING ISSUES
If you see that the package is torn, flooded, scorched, perforated, glued or in an unusual or unacceptable condition, please do not take it and let us know immediately. If you accept the delivery, please open it and check it right away. 

If you notice that something is missing from your order, please contact us by e-mail and if possible by phone within 48 hours after you have received the package. Otherwise we won’t be able to accept the loss claims if any. 

STANDART

Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days.

SUPER EXPRESS
Standard shipping takes 2 to 3 business days depending on your location.

SHIPPING to Non-European Union member country
All orders to the UK are exempt from duty taxes, meaning you won’t pay any tax related to the delivery. For any other non-European Union destination, depending on the total value of your order, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Please contact our Customer Service before placing your order. 

CARRIER DELAYS
The delivery time estimates listed in our shipping rates section, are provided by the following carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL, TNT and FedEx. Hillman cannot guarantee delivery times in cases of carrier delays. Please contact the carrier handling your order with questions related to carrier delays.
